error during load and not during probe

Hi,

i am facing some issues. I have got a plugin and during probe it is recognized correctly. But if i then later use the the plugin info to load the plugin it goes wrong. It somehow then doesn't recognize that the class has got the correct subclass type. Any ideas on this?
