Now that we have our docker images in docker hub, we should probably move the documentation on how to build the agent to a separate page and make the main README.adoc more about how to get the agent up and running, how to get the examples running and how to graph this information.

From this main page we can then provide links to the more advanced topics (how to build, how to configure, etc)
