Automatic Fee Management tab innaccessible in Android

Describe the bug
In the android app version 2.13.0 you can't access the Automatic Fee Management tab in the settings. The button is unresponsive.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Automatic Fee Management
3. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
A new window should appear to show an interface of some kind.
