Custom key-value pairs can be associated with hosts in DC/OS cluster for controlling container placement. For now PIVOT utilizes container constraints to place a container on a specific rack or host, but there can be a richer set of more complex constraints to be leveraged for optimizing appliance performance or enforcing certain policies, etc.
