For example, variable visit_type in https://healdata.org/mds/metadata/508d8dd1-d20e-4284-bf0a-2a46682ed351 has two encoded values (0: Baseline, 1: Follow-up), but we don't currently include that in the heal-mds-import repo -- probably because a field has changed name or structure.
