Disable gradle cache #2622
Description
We enable caching with the issue #2492
In principle, it sounds like a good idea, but when I run the build locally while contributing to something I have errors that disappear when I disable the cache.
I don't have time to check the cause right now, so I'm going to disable it for the time being.
