First release

This is is the first release of the neoray. This release is mostly stable and has many features including multigrid support. You can find documentation in repository's main page. Neoray was not tested on macos and prebuilt binaries for macos are not provided. But it should work on macos. Provided binary for linux is not well tested but uploaded for trying neoray without needing to install go build tools. It should be usable in daily work.

If you want to help develeopment of this project now, these are some important features and issues needs some work.

• Font rendering quality needs to be improved.
• Automated releases. This is important for macos build, which needs mac machine.
