Supporting terms in DkCoreCondition

I've received questions on how to translate the terms 'Aktuel', 'Relevant', and 'Andet' diagnosis used by the GPs (e.g. in the diagnosis card)

My suggestion is the following:

• Aktuel: Condition.clinicalStatus = active and Condition.verificationStatus = confirmed
• Relevant: Condition.clinicalStatus = inactive/remission and Condition.verificationStatus = confirmed
• andet ??

Can we include a recommendation in the documentation?

Relevans is strongly context dependent. I don't see how it can be standardized without taking an oppinion that may not fit a lot of use cases.

@RikkeVestesen why is the profile named ConditionList when its not a profile on List?

It is the name that the project group agreed upon, because the MedCom standard contains a list of Conditions.

I would recommend not adding this to dk-core. Jens is right that relevance is context dependent, and there are semantic issues with the solution suggested by MedCom. I think we should close this issue.
