Describe the feature you'd like

When sharing with a lot of users it would be great to expose the AI connect at the user account level so they can pick their preferred service individually, and maybe have an admin option to disable AI completely for younger family members.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

More flexibility over AI processing and administrative control for feature restriction.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Only way I can think of is hosting a separate docker container for every user.
