New clades update

I've noticed that the sequencing data was last updated almost 6 months ago.

Are there plans to update it? I'm aware of the situation with GISAID, but it might make sense to update the dataset with the data collected before the interruption and possibly also include new clades (nextstrain/ncov#1192)?

Hi @keepgoing1995 - apologies for a delayed reply over Christmas!

Initially we fell behind in updating the data due to a lot of parallel work being made on improving the site. Unfortunately we weren't able to get this totally incorporated, and now the funding has finished. Then the issues with GISAID supplying data started - and essentially everything's on hold.

At the moment I'm the only one who's able to work on this, and resources are stretched too thin - and knowing we won't get new data, it's hard to know if it's worth trying to find time to do anymore updates.

I'm sorry for this bad news!
