Switch to Podman #9
Description
Currently, the project uses Docker. However, there are a number of reasons why it should probably switch to podman.
- Better container update strategy? https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman-auto-update.1.html
- verify which (if any) containers support this. though
- Possibly better security out of the box as there's fewer tools involved and these tools
- do not necessarily run as root-daemons service
