Create GitHub Issue from Errbit

When attempting to create a new issue from an error logged in Errbit, the following error is raised:

There was an error during issue creation: Invalid Repository. Use user/repo format.

Unfortunately, I'm unsure how to fix this:

• The Errbit configuration does not list a GitHub repo key that could be configured: https://github.com/errbit/errbit/blob/master/docs/configuration.md#configuration-parameters
• The Errbit plugin for opening GitHub issues lists a GITHUB REPO field (https://github.com/errbit/errbit_github_plugin/blob/master/lib/errbit_github_plugin/issue_tracker.rb), however, setting the param has no effect.
  
• The error seems to come from the octokit library, which errbit uses: Make to understandable error message when Octokit::Repository.newis failed octokit/octokit.rb#877
