Code-based generation of tabset example doesn't work! #1

Description

@Bergam0t

Have just realised this example was put to one side with the intention of returning to it when I had found a solution to the problem - which I haven't yet, so the example is incomplete and potentially misleading.

In R markdown, I frequently generated tabs via code. This is really handy if you've got a variable number of possible categories across different documents.

However, this is proving very hard to replicate in Quarto where plotly plots are involved.

Getting the HTML included in a manner that actually renders is not proving easy, and I think there may be some issues around inclusion of libraries too when the first/only plot is one that's been generated in this way - though at the moment I don't think we're even reaching this point.
