Possible version mismatch in Carbon Fields 3.6.6 release archive

Hello,

I downloaded Carbon Fields v3.6.6 from the release archive:

https://carbonfields.net/release-archive/

However, after checking the readme.txt, I noticed that:

• the stable tag is still 3.6.5
• the changelog seems to stop at 3.6.3

So I just wanted to confirm:
Is the downloaded package really the latest 3.6.6 version?

If not, where can I get the latest version please?
