OAuth login options missing on signup page linked from /settings/tokens

Describe the bug

When visiting https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens without being logged in,
there's a "Sign up" link that leads to a registration page. However, this
signup page only shows email+password registration and doesn't show the
OAuth options (Google, GitHub) that appear on the main signup page at
https://huggingface.co/join.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens (while logged out)
2. Click "Sign up"
3. Observe: only email+password form is shown
4. Compare with https://huggingface.co/join which shows OAuth options

Expected: All signup flows should offer the same authentication methods
