Bug: Avif file extension returns a zero-byte file

We have a case where a link to a `.avif` file returns a zero-byte response. Accessing the S3 object directly works and the file displays correctly in the browser. 

This may also be resolved by adding AVIF support: https://github.com/humanmade/tachyon/issues/125
