Using custom logger for engine #505

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Cannot override the engine logger, since it initialised as global variable, before I able to change the global logger. And SetLogger function doesn't do anything with custom loggers except for predefined ones: zap, logrus, zerolog.
Describe the solution you'd like
Able to pass my custom implementation of logger.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using hooks from predefined loggers.
Additional context
I can implement the feature myself.
