GraphQL currently returns the most of the results displaying numbers as decimals when the expected is hexadecimal.

Current status:
05/05/2023, 00:17:55 graphql besu ✕ Fail (23 / 47)

No progress on this after the last update besu still (23 / 47) as the last run 22/05/2023.
Haven't looked at that PR yet but as far as I know current tests are not failing because of withdrawals but because our graphQL is not spec compatible.

Update: #5496 and #5505 should bring besu back to 100% (checked using Forest), there's currently an issue with bonsai only (already tracked in #5456) that causes Besu to fail 2 tests.
