[BUG] Newly opened windows attaching to existing scratchpads

Describe the bug
Opening a scratchpad before opening other programs can have the opened program attach to the scratchpad also causing the scratchpad to show on screen without being toggled, once toggling said scratchpad to hide it the opened program will also hide itself as it is attached to the scratchpad.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (Tho can be inconsistent):

1. Open a scratchpad.
2. Open some other program, in my case it's usually my browser or discord.
3. Scratchpad will show up as window appears with window being attached to said scratchpad

Expected behavior
This should not just happen on it's own, if I want to attach a window to a scratchpad I should have to enter a command to attach the current window or something via a keybind or whatever. I'm not here to suggest alternatives I just want to know how to prevent this annoying behavior.

I opened my music scratchpad, hid it, then went to open my dropdown terminal scratchpad and my music scratchpad opened up in a weird position indicating it attached itself to my terminal scratchpad which also fucked up the positioning of my terminal so it's not shown on screen.

BTW This music app I'm using as a scratchpad can be found on github as Pear Desktop. For those trying to reproduce with my exact setup.

Which Hyprland version are you running ?

I fixed big regressions happening when using an Hyprland version older than Pyprland, I hope this is addressing your issue. I'll release a new version soon including those patches (I also made a mistake in the monitors plugin...)

Sorry I just got notified, I had just done a full system update of all pacman and yay packages so everything including hyprland and pyprland were up to date. I will test 2.6.1 now.

My comments on your video:

• looks working as expected but the initial animation (should look better than that if using lazy=false, lazy=true is the default now by the way - but this "good looking first display" feature regularly breaks with hyprland updates anyways...)
• at some point you bring a scratchpad window to your main workspace without using pypr commands, and it breaks the display until pypr commands are used again

I didn't intentionally bring the scratchpad to the main workspace, I opened my browser and the act of doing so caused the scratchpad to appear and the browser seemed to turn into it's own scratchpad somehow tho no scratchpad is defined for such a thing, I have provided my current pyprland config.

This has always been a bug I have experienced using scratchpads tho it seems to happen a lot more consistently with my music scratchpad as I believe something is going wrong with it's creation as previously I had defined a class for it as pypr_scratch_music but this class never applies to the window like it does for my obsidian and terminal scratchpads cause the youtube music app seems to open slowly or something idk.

But to reiterate, I've had this bug occur with all of my scratchpads ever since I started using pyprland scratchpads, it just didn't seem to happen everytime until I added the music scratchpad so I hadn't reported it till now.

Can you show the output of hyprctl -j clients when extra windows are showing ?
So the bug happens when you show some other arbitrary window if I get it, how do you show the browser causing the issue? Each example is a browser... did you experience the same with another app?
I may need your pyprland debug logfile too, from a full session (as short as possible, allowing to expose the issue)... but I suspect there is a clash in the classes. Maybe setting multi=false can help on those scratchpads where you don't care about children window or if they don't work anyway...

It is not limited to browsers that just happens to be what I commonly open up first when I start my pc other than maybe the terminal or music app. I've had it happen to my browser, discord, equicord, winboat, etc so I don't believe it to be limited. And I've had this happen with all of my scratchpads not just the music scratchpad and my terminal and obsidian scratchpads get proper custom classes assigned to them so I believe that might throw out the classes clash idea.

I do not know where to find said pyprland debug logfile but if you provide me with the default location I can redo the tests and grab it.

This is the output of hyprctl -j clients, the steps I took were, opening my music scratchpad with the keybind, hiding it with keybind, going to my other monitor and launching vivaldi (browser) with my quickshell integrated launcher from my end-4's dotfiles, This time it did not attach to the scratch pad so I went to another workspace on that monitor to open up equibop (Vesktop fork, custom discord client) but before that I had opened the music scratchpad to change song and then hid it, then I opened the equibop which showed the music scratchpad when it shouldn't have, so I moved my cursor to the other screen to use the dropdown terminal scratchpad and enter the hyprctl command:
