hyprpicker never attaches to a buffer in jay wm

hm, odd. I don't really have time to debug rn, but you might wanna compare the outputs between hl and jay

I've also ran into this issue, but I've found if I try to run hyprpicker repeatedly it eventually attaches a buffer and works fine? I feel like the fix has to be very simple
