Add Proxy to the build.xml/instruction

When behind a company proxy, its possible that ant is not able to download everything.
To solve this add this to the build.xml maybe this could be also a parameter?
<setproxy proxyhost="YOUR PROXY HOST" proxyport="YOUR PROXY PORT"/>
