Enhancement: Provide outline information for decompiled classes

Currently no outline information is provided when a class is opened, hopefully an easy addition for C# output, and might be a nice to have for IL output

Sounds reasonable and it's easy to fill outline panel (and quick outline) with child items of current document. I already have a working draft for that. But such "document symbols" are also connected to specific document positions (in order to navigate there on click) and here it becomes more challenging:

Although C# output looks like normal code, the VS Code extension doesn't have any semantic information about it that easily. Currently it's just text colored by VS Code's C# grammar. I have some ideas I will investigate.
