Error when installing Picca #1112
Description
Following the instructions at NERSC, on a clean environment, I find this:
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
desi-y1-kp 0.1.0 requires matplotlib, which is not installed.
desi-y3-kp 0.1.0 requires matplotlib, which is not installed.
Not sure it matters (probably not), but why are we getting these?
