"Failed to jump line/skip code"

With IntelliJ IDEA 243.25659.39, the plugin doesn't work and fails to skip lines with the message in the title. (I'm on Windows, and trying to run a simple java test file.) Surprisingly, going backwards in the code works fine, but skipping forward doesn't work at all.
