How to create a new dataset

I want to run vidore-benchmark with the datasets from beir.
Any idea on how to modify those datasets to make it adaptable for vidore-benchmark to take it as input?

This feature will be supported thanks to #68. Sorry for the delay, we are going a big repository restructuration at the moment!
