Referencing Port.php path via EXT:... fails on migration:import command

I'm pretty sure, that this works with the latest version. I did an import some month ago with:

./vendor/bin/typo3 migration:import EXT:migration_extend/Configuration/Import/export.json 0 EXT:migration_extend/Configuration/Allid/Port.php

Is the used extension installed via composer?

yep, composer. do you mean the latest with v14 support which is not public atm?

I can test it with an empty TYPO3 in the evening

For me only typo3 migration:import /var/www/html/public/news.json 278 /var/www/html/local/newsmigration/Configuration/Port.php under DDEV worked.

Strange - no it was a TYPO3 13 project with "in2code/migration": "^12.1",

It could very well be something odd in the TYPO3 instance, since I also only find the JSON when it is referenced via an absolute file path or in the public folder :-D
