Does it make sense to also have a general onException callback for forms?

We have onError but that's only if the error message bag has entries. I find that callback name a little misleading, as it implies that it's for any error. There is the global exception event handler, but it would be logical to provide the same capability of catching exceptions on the forms helper.

Thoughts?
