Which triplestores can be used for synchronization?

I tried with Sesame ( OpenRDF Workbench 2.7.16) but with now success. Do I need to preconfigure anything to make it work?

If I export the file in rdf-format from iqvoc it can be uploaded manually to Sesame without any problems.

Is Virtuoso or ApacheJena/Fuseki supported?
