[Feature] - Option to add description (and name?) in Method Configuration GUI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating Scopes with the Method Configuration GUI, they get randomly generated names and you can not add a description, so in the Configuration Docs, there is no way to tell what they do.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add text fields to set a name and description.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could convert it to a normal yaml file and edit the name and add a description there, but then you can not go back to the Method Configuration GUI.
