Gerber File issue #2

Hi Elias, hi everybody,
first, thank you very much for the awesome work on the replicape.
I checked the gerber (b4 version) after a faulty pcb order and there seem to be an issue.
At location arround 81, 40 (mm) one can see that the b4 version does not pass the DRC. So the Eagle files and the generated gerber cannot be manifactured. (My manifacturer acted to be dumb and just processed the gerbers) Can you confirm that?
I took the time and redesigned the b4 version to be 100 x 70 mm and 2 layer instead of 4. When I get the pcbs I will test them for current capability, thermals and compatibility and will contribute a pull request
Or am I totaly on the wrong track and the b4 version is not the latest one?
