add a mode, when ALL properties are included to edit/show #13

And there is a parameter which "excludes" the property from the form.
This mode is helpful when you have a lot of parameters.

I'm thinking of adding:

Parameter DISPLAYPROPERTIES = "all";

would do it. Default is:

Parameter DISPLAYPROPERTIES = "";

Keeping current behavior.
