Currently the only way to lock or unlock a namespace for editing is to call ##class(SourceControl.Git.API).Lock() in a terminal. This doesn't work for organizations using Embedded Git without access to an IRIS terminal. Maybe we should add a control to the settings page to lock or unlock the namespace, with appropriately scary warnings about what it means.
