`load` command shouldn't accept relative path #706

Currently, running zpm "load" without any command gives the following error

ERROR! File '/usr/irissys/mgr/user/module.xml' does not exist

We need to check that the path after load is an absolute path because it doesn't make sense to have a relative path w.r.t. mgr directory.
