vue-cli-plugin-i18n: ^2.1.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
ex:

Execute vue ui
Go to 'Localizations'
Click on '+ Add a locale'

Expected behavior
Button not work, no way to manage localitzations from ui
