in vue-i18n.d.ts line 4022:

Type parameter defaults can only reference previously declared type parameters

Expected behavior

No errors

Reproduction

get 11.1.6 from npm, open vue-i18n.d.ts in vscode + typescript 5.8.3,
OR import and compile with typescript 5.8.3

System Info

OS: Windows 10 
Node: 22.14.0 
npm: 10.9.2
