Describe the bug

Codemeta encoding doesn't represent utf8 characters correctly. I'd also like to do a check on field mapping

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://zenodo.org/records/11488224
2. Click on Export, pick Codemeta
3. Name is Blondin, St\u00e9phane

Expected behavior

Character encoding should be utf8

Should be formatted

Identifiers should be switched to a list. SWHID identifier should be added to identifiers with type swhid.

Should be called CodeMeta
