request: Update google plugin versions on fluttefire configure

Description

Since we have merged my PR to take google plugin versions from firebase_core pubspec file, we should make sure that settings.gradle or settings.gradle.kts uses the latest configured versions.

Reasoning

It would help keep android plugins up to date with what flutterfire's firebase_core expects.

Sorry for my previous comment, I was confused.

My point is, the versions defined in firebase_core pubspec.yaml are not the latest version of the firebase sdk available for android.

On iOS, there seems to be always new versions in my podfile.lock, but it has been the same version on android for a while.
