After #181 is complete, adapt the existing trajectory template to match the manufacturer agnostic profile template (#57).

The trajectory template will remain manufacturer-specific and will cause data ingest to be slower.
What indicates this is done (i.e., how do we know this is complete)?
A new trajectory template is in place with documented core and optional ancillary variables that can be used regardless of tag manufacturer.
