blank photo/info accordion bug

hey @skanda-vasishta. I noticed a small bug in how the info/photo accordions work in the modal (maybe the scene too - do have a look on that one). If the number of info/photo links for a modal is set to 0 (or if there is no content in the related fields), then that accordion should be omitted from the modal. Instead though, it looks like that we get a blank accordion, like below:
