Grafana connection

When I connect to grafana to Prometheus in link shared in private tangle http://localhost:9311/metrics
This error
I found 404 not found there was an error returned quering the Prometheus api

Another question
when I send transaction I found this to

No transaction but the value found in it can explain what happen

Can I stop all transaction do by node 1 to node 2 that I can't send any transaction as I want to do only my own transaction only
