Add name avatars in the apps

We should add name avatar to everywhere possible:

1. In the wallet replace the account icon with an avatar if present
2. Explorer should use name avatars in the address page and probably when a name is resolved (maybe put it inline)
3. Dapp kit: The connect button could also use avatars
