[BUG] Token moves when trying to input value from the numpad

Whenever you select a token and try to enter the value in the "Always HP" menu using Numpad, the token will move.

Preconditions

1. Press "ESC" button to deselect all tokens

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a token on a scene using LMB
2. Press on a "Always HP" text box using LMB
3. Press "8" on a Numpad

Expected behavior
Text "8" should be added to the text box of the "Alywazas HP"

Screenshots
The selected token moves upper. A text box in the "Always HP" window must have an "8" value. The same behavior will happen for other numbers on a NumPad.

This issue appears due to the "Move Pan Right\Up\Left\Down" hotkeys in Forge.
