Support GPS Sensor and ROS2 Publish GPS node

Hi,

I am working on an outdoor navigation project and would like to incorporate GPS sensor into the robot so that i can publish the ROS2 sensor_msgs/msg/NavSatFix message via a ROS2 Publish GPS node in the action graph.
