Dynamic context menu not working: "$event is not defined"

I am trying to use Dynamic context menu but the sample doesn't seem to work. I got this error ($event is not defined) in console.

Right click on the first item and check the console.

In HTML you dont use '$event' but you need to use 'item' but you need add directive let-item to ng-templete.
