Please verify that the license file isn't damaged and has the correct file extension (.mountainducklicense). Re-download the license file through a different web browser or email application if necessary. Afterwards, ensure that Mountain Duck isn't running and remove any .mountainducklicense files from the application support folder before placing the license file into the application support folder again. If this doesn't work, send us a message to [email protected] with the ticket references GH-17266 for further troubleshooting. Ensure to include which email address is tied to your license so we can check your license in our system. |
