Make Repo Public

Since we want to release TeamDojo 2 also as open source, we need to switch the repo from private to public.

Currently we're still stuck with that bug of broken front-end code generation after the last JHipster upgrade. We had some success fixing it in an isolated test project, but the fix doesn't work in this project 🙈 Helpful feedback from the JHipster's maintainers is fairly meager.

But I found someone at iteratec which contributed in the past to JHipster's generator code. I organized a mob programming tomorow with him and @RamiSouai. I'm confident that he'll help us to remove this stone from the way.

We found the problem: We relied on a bug of JHipster since the beginning. With 7.9.2 they accidentally fixed that bug. See #143 for more details.
