*Remove permissions into android platform #116

The responsibility for handling camera permissions is delegated to the user of the library. This change removes the `permission_handler` package and the associated permission request logic from the `getPictures` method.
This change introduces an explicit camera permission check before initiating the document scanning process on non-Android platforms (e.g., iOS).

- Adds `permission_handler` and `universal_io` as dependencies.
- Implements logic in `getPictures` to request camera permission.
- Throws a `CunningDocumentScannerException.permissionDenied` if the permission is not granted.
The `universal_io` package has been removed and replaced with the standard `dart:io` library. This change simplifies the dependencies by using the built-in I/O library.
The `permission_handler_platform_interface` import is no longer required.
This change introduces a camera permission check before launching the fallback document scanner on Android.

If the Google ML Kit scanner is unavailable and camera permission has not been granted, the plugin will now request it from the user. If the user denies the permission, a `CAMERA_PERMISSION_DENIED` error is returned.
