[Feature Request] Sync the last X days.

First of all, thanks for this. I'm wondering if it would be possible to add a feature to sync the last X days instead of from a specific date?

I put together a little helper script that uses environment variables passed into the container to accomplish this for my use case.

These are the environment variables that can be passed in and used:

DAYS_TO_SYNC
GARMIN_USER 
GARMIN_PASS 
TRAINERROAD_USER 
TRAINERROAD_PASS 

If anyone else finds it useful, here it is.
