Async compatible SQLPanel (#1993)

* ASGI check approach with added test and docs

* asynchronize instrumentation internally in panel logic rather than middleware

* mark aenable_instrumentation as method

* add asgi and aenable_instrumentation in wordlist

* add instrumentation in spelling list
