Adjustable padding within the OBS source

This is purely a small improvement.

Preferably in the OBS TSS source properties: 4 input options to enter top, bottom, left and right padding in pixels.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, a single value to set the padding on all the sides to the same value.

Additional context
The slide show text benefits from a (partly opaque) darker background color for legibility. If the text within the source is offset a few pixels from the edges of the text source, that improves the legibility but mainly, it looks nicer :-)
